What happens after the 14-day trial?

You can continue on the free Starter plan with 50 tickets/month, or upgrade to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

What AI models are available?

We integrate 9 leading AI models including frontier reasoning models, fast inference engines, and specialized coding models. The system automatically selects the best model for each ticket based on your plan.

How does the ticket limit work?

Each ticket your AI processes counts toward your monthly limit. The counter resets on your billing date. If you hit the limit, the AI pauses until the next cycle or you upgrade.

Is my WHMCS data secure?

Absolutely. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256. Each tenant's data is fully isolated. We never access your WHMCS directly — the processing engine runs on your behalf using your API credentials.

Do you support non-WHMCS platforms?

Currently we are WHMCS-only, purpose-built for hosting companies. Support for other platforms is on our roadmap.
