By accessing or using TicketBrain.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TicketBrain.ai provides AI-powered ticket analysis and response suggestions for WHMCS-based hosting companies. The Service processes support tickets using artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses as internal notes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with limited features. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service beyond the free tier limits.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We process your WHMCS ticket data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering AI-generated suggestions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for the security of any API keys and credentials you provide to the Service. We encrypt all credentials at rest and in transit.
The Service provides AI-generated suggestions only. All responses should be reviewed by qualified staff before being sent to customers. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
